Medals

These medals were made out of 14g brass medal sheets. It took me many weeks to complete and they are for a 4-H competition. The holiday medal has an etched piece of 20g brass metal that has been sweat soldered down. With this piece I had a very hard time getting the firescale off of it. I filed, sanded, and put it in an acid bath of Nitric Acid.
